Accomodation

The 'Studio' is tastefully furnished, open planned, and carpeted throughout the bedroom and lounge areas and all areas are centrally heated including the shower room.

Lounge

Open plan lounge and dining area Lounge area contains settee with large sofa stool, low level shelving unit with a 22" television with Sky TV and integral DVD player. A variety of lamps, pictures and plants. Extra amenities include (if your computer is able) wireless connection to broadband.

Dining area

The dining area has a good size dining table with 4 chairs and a dresser that holds crockery and a variety of books etc.

Kitchen

A fully-equipped kitchen area includes electric oven with grill and gas hob, microwave oven and a good size fridge-freezer. Electric toaster and kettle. A substantial amount of cooking pans, utensils and crockery. Tea towels included. Ironing board and iron. Laundry facilities available on request.

Bedroom

Spacious double bedroom provides: King-size double bed, bed-side cupboards, lamps and radio alarm clock/Cd player. Double wardrobe. Single wardrobe with full length mirror Chest of 6 draws/dressing table with wall mirror and lamp. Storage chests. All bed linen provided.

Shower room

Wash-basin, w/c. and walk-in shower with heated towel rail/radiator. Wall cupboards with shelves and mirrors. Shower mats and towels provided.
